“This was my first time buying a home and I must say it was not as stressful or confusing as I anticipated. I credit that feeling completely to Sharon. She had great advice/guidance during all stages of the process. She recommended great homes with all the attributes I wanted. She was flexible with meeting times and accompanied me on a dozen home visits. She helped me during the offer/negotiation process and nailed the purchase price on my eventual home. She pushed me along once the seller accepted the offer and constantly kept me updated with how the process was going. We closed on time and I never once felt confused or lost. Overall, Sharon used technology well. Couple highlights: (1) Sharon helped me decide to walk away from a counter offer and the seller eventually came down to my offer (2) Sharon recommended having the AC repaired during the option period and saved me over $1,500 (seller had offered me only $500 of credit).
