He is an awesome realtor, and helped us when we were in a last minute bind and couldn't find a rental home. We found out we had to live in a different area than we originally intended, and had to quickly find a home to rent, so we could register my daughter for school. Not many realtors were returning phone calls, and we were in a panic, until he returned my call the same day. I just had a good feeling once I spoke to him. He has been very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate someone who can be professional and laid back at the same time. We plan on calling him when it is time for us to buy a home.

Clients whom you have represented as their buyer or seller agent will be able to rate you. You will receive an e-mail following a transaction and be asked to provide your client’s e-mail address so that we may send them an invitation to take the Client Experience Rating survey. Agents should not be able to add Client Experience survey unless they acted as a sub-agent or a buyer agent. Listing agents may be not be rated by the buyer unless they represented the buyer.
Clients are asked to rate their REALTOR® based on the service criteria below. Clients may rate their REALTOR® on how well they performed in each of the categories. This ratings model will allow a REALTOR®'s client to rate the REALTOR® using a star system, with 5 stars being the best rating possible. The Client Experience Rating system will then average the scores to determine an overall rating for the REALTOR®.
