“We met the agent, Rula, while visiting an open house. We did not like the house she was presenting but we liked her, her knowledge and her overall demeanor. so when we wanted to see other properties we called her and requested her help. Rula was very helpful in every aspect of the process, and answered what could have been a million questions. She also made many recommendations on inspectors, insurance and security providers. during the loan processing period she met with us several times so she can open the house for us and we can meet with potential contractor about pricing estimates for renovations. She even made several great suggestions that we are planning to implement in our renovations.”
