“Overall I was happy with Elyse. She got us what we wanted with a very quick turnaround time. She even answered questions during personal hours (when she was moving her apartment!). Things that could be improved would be: - Making it clear what the process looks like from start to finish. We only received the agent/buyer agreement paperwork at the time of the lease signing. - Making it clear what is "too much" effort for her. My wife and I looked at many apartments and weren't sure if Elyse should be (or wanted to be) included in them all. - Eliminate the automated emails... in one instance we had emailed her our preferences for apartments and then 30 minutes later received an email with apartment choices that were completely misaligned with our interests... it turns out that this email was automated, yet it read like it came directly from her. I would suggest making it clear what emails are automated. Overall, very happy with Elyse's support!”
