“We choose to work with Gary Greene off of previous interactions outside of the real estate market with Shareece Dumont. She is a very competent business woman and we had every confidence she would make the selling/buying process fun and productive. Shareece positioned our house to sell quickly by appropriately pricing it, photographing/marketing it aggressively, and placing it on the market at the right time. We had a full price offer within 8 hours of the house publishing on HAR! I feel strongly the success of our house selling was based on the information Shareece shared with us and how she advised we position it on the market. Our situation was unique, we fell in love with a house before our house was even on the market.
