Stephanie was extremely helpful in getting things done to make this sale happen. Very efficient in scheduling items for completion prior to Closing, very timely in contacting the Title company and listing agent when needed, very proficient in keeping me updated and responding to my numerous questions via email, and just seemed to be on top of all the components and activities of making the process of this home sale very successful. This home we bought was actually the second home in Alvin in which Stephanie supervised and managed the process of obtaining an executed contract on our behalf to buy a home. We initially had an executed contract (signed by both the Sellers and by us, the Buyers) to buy another home. But that home, which was being built for us, was 16 days from Closing when the builder of the home (the seller) decided to terminate our signed contract because they said they wouldn't sell us the home because they couldn't complete the home within their budget. So, they terminated our contract, but then they put the house back on the market a week later for a list price that was $40,000 higher than the price in our executed contract. Stephanie did some incredible negotiating with the builder and got the builder to retract their contract termination notice, and told her they would honor the initial price on our executed contract if we would still like to buy their home. However, by that time, we had found a second home to buy, and with Stephanie's assistance, we closed on that home yesterday. Stephanie did an admirable job in getting us through the ups and downs of this very hot housing market. We would definitely call upon her supreme expertise again when buying or selling our home is at hand.
