“2000 characters (the comment limit) is not enough to describe the excellent service provided by Jamie. Jamie was patient and nurturing during our initial phase of house hunting as we found our way through so many options and worked through our assumptions. Once we had a vision of what success could be, she guided us to our first round of offer considerations. While it was important to find a place within our budget, Jamie was instrumental in orienting advice from a "number" decision to a "value vs payment risk" decision. With that in mind, on a hunch after showing us houses that were in our criteria, she showed us a model home that was slightly higher than our criteria. As it turns out, a couple of minor changes drastically elevated our life style well within our budget. As you can see, she did not skip any steps in our journey and made every one of them enjoyable and informative. The entire time she was impartial and consistently gave advice that clearly benefited me and my goals regardless of anything else. I truly felt that she just wanted me to be happy with my decision. Once the offer was accepted by the seller, Jamie continued to work with our mortgage broker and the selling agent. Even though Jamie admitted from the start that she was not as familiar with the mortgage broker world as she is the real estate world, she consistently worked with my broker to find solutions in a very challenging Covid-19 lending environment. Did I mention that I am self employed which only made the situation more dynamic? Regardless, I credit Jamie specifically with walking my transaction from discovery through closing in a way that can only be described as full of grace, patience, and understanding. While I would prefer to reserve judgment of persons I have not met, I am willing to break my rule for this statement: Anyone who chooses a Real Estate Agent/Broker over Jamie Butler truly needs to re-evaluate their decision making abilities.
