“Aaron made our home buying experience better than we expected. My wife and I were moving from Alaska to the Houston area and expected a lot of hiccups and delays due to the long distance transaction. First and foremost he is not a one or two city realtor, he searched and showed us places all over Houston and its surrounding cities (he did not limit us to just one or two areas like many other realty companies or realtors we reached out to). Aaron maximized the time we had while we were in town looking at properties. He understood what we were looking for and did not waste our time. Aaron was great at communication and made us feel as that he had our best interest in mind at all times (kind of like a friend or relative would). After we chose the house that we wanted to purchase and went back to Alaska, he kept in constant communication with us to make sure that we knew what was going on. He was very quick to respond to our phone calls, texts, and emails if we had questions. He had references available immediately for inspectors, contractors, pool people, and maintenance people of all kinds. During Closing there were a few miscommunications between our mortgage lender and the buyers title agency, Aaron stayed on top of things and made sure that they got straightened out ASAP. Closing went as well as it could have. My wife and I would definitely recommend Aaron as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell in or around the Houston area.”
