This was a remote investment/rental property for us as we live on the west coast. The home needed a lot of maintenance and updating prior to bringing it to market. Roger helped us find and hire contractors and other service providers to complete the work and helped keep eyes on the project during the process when I was not there. His marketing strategy when we listed it brought us multiple offers and we sold it above original listing price. He followed the inspection and closing process closely and resolved a couple issues the buyer had to keep it on track and close it on schedule during the holidays. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would choose him to represent us again without hesitation if we ever decide to purchase another property in the area.”

“Roger is truly exceptional at what he does. I came to the area two years ago and had a very difficult time just getting in contact with a realtor. A friend suggested I contact Roger to help find a place. Within half an hour, Roger was on the phone with me finding out what I was looking for. Shortly after he had paperwork necessary to begin the process in my email for me to fill out. Not only did he find homes that I would be interested in, he did the research needed to insure I would be in a good neighborhood with little chance of flooding!
