We have worked with Patricia Erwin on 2 separate transactions. 1st...purchasing a home in Pasadena, TX, and 2nd...selling the property as we moved out of state. She was patient with us while we were searching to buy our home but, when it was time to sell....that is when Patricia really went to work! Helpful suggestions in making our home more appealing, "babysitting" us as the closing process was in full swing...that was what we truly found amazing. Buying was exciting, but selling comes with so many mixed emotions and she was there, right by our side, explaining the process and being supportive.
