Jennifer Vickers

Jennifer Vickers is an award-winning Realtor® specializing in inner loop and close-in residential properties, though her repeat and referral business take her all over the Houston market. Jennifer and her team at Selling Houston Team exceed client expectations with in-depth property knowledge, successful negotiation tactics, expert marketing, and seamless transaction management.

Recipient of the HAR 2021 REALTOR® of the Year, Jennifer was deeply humbled to be selected to receive one of the Association's top designations.

Each year, HAR honors a member that most personifies the REALTOR® in spirit and ethics, through service to his or her profession, peers and the REALTOR® association. For demonstrating a long and inspired commitment to HAR, its members and the real estate industry as a whole, Jennifer is HAR's 2021 honoree.

Jennifer served on the HAR Technology Advisory Group for two years prior to being appointed 2021 chair. She has also been nominated for re-appointment to that position for her outstanding leadership in the role. She is in her third year as an active, contributing members of the MLS Advisory Group, where she often provides valuable feedback and works to bridge the needs between Technology and MLS.

During her tenure as Technology Advisory Group chair, Jennifer spearheaded the design and development of ShowingSmart, which has been called the greatest project HAR has undertaken since the launch of HAR.com back in 1997. Additionally, the development of the HAR CRM, which is expected to enter the Beta testing phase by early next year, as well as the HAR.com website and app redesigns, also expected by early next year, will have enormous benefits for HAR's 8 million consumers.

Jennifer is an NAR Director, a board member of the Timbergrove Manor Civic Club, treasurer of Friends of West 11th Street Park, a member of Impact100 Houston, and an active volunteer and contributor for many additional local nonprofit organizations.

She was an honoree in 2018 as one of the 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate, has been honored by Texas Monthly as a Five Star Real Estate Agent every year since 2019, and was highlighted as Most Interesting REALTOR® by Houston Real Producers Magazine in February 2019. She has been a top producing agent since entering the business in 2014 and has frequently ranked as KSP's top producing agent associate by transaction count and volume. She has also been a consistent TREPAC investor since 2018.


Jennifer's annual production has consistently ranked in the top 2% of more than 40,000 HAR agent members. Over the past eight years, her production has ranked in the top 2% of all agent in Timbergrove/Lazybrook area and in the top 3% in the Greater Heights and Washington Corridor areas.

Jennifer has a perfect 5.0 Client Experience Rating from more than 125+ completed surveys and has obtained her Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), and Seller Residental Specialist (SRS) designations.
