Julio helped buy a property

A few words that come to mind when I hear the name Julio Kiliddjian is Exceptional, Professional and all around amazing man. Julio was our realtor we used in buying our new home. His wife Tonya, actually was the seller’s relator and Julio gave us the tour for her due to Tonya being double booked that day. We didn’t have a realtor at the time and by the end of the showing, I knew I wanted Julio to represent us. Julio did a fantastic job being our realtor and went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction. Julio was extremely quick to respond to our questions / concerns and got back to us with answers fast... everything about Julio is professional and honest. He gives it to you straight and will back you up 100%!! Thank you Julio for an amazing job sir!
