With the deepest level of sincerity to say we had an exceptional experience with Veronica Griffin would truly be an understatement. Veronica is extremely proactive and has a vast understanding of the Houston market in its totality. She was able to very quickly figure out the kind of home were seeking and provide us with numerous options that were all to our liking. She is very conscientious and attentive and really made the house buying process very pleasurable and stress free for my wife and I. She really takes her time and invest in each and every one of her clients. As first time home buyers, Veronica walked us through every aspect of the process and was very willing to explain things to make sure we understood and were comfortable. She was able to offer critical feedback and areas for thought when we were weighing our options and negotiating our contract. Even after the completion of the purchase of our home, Veronica was still there making sure that we had everything we needed and that we were properly settled.
