I had a great experience working with Jay. I was selling my house remotely and he was incredibly helpful in even the smallest things - like helping get the house ready for showing, organizing the lockbox for contractors, even putting out a doormat to help keep the house clean. He even put away the paint buckets that the contractors left lying around. I didnt have to physically go there, which took a lot of weight off my mind since I live out of town. He was responsive, communicative, and always professional and pleasant, even when we had issues to deal with after hours and on weekends. I never felt that I was bothering him and he always had time to discuss anything at all. In the important stuff, he provided very useful insights during the negotiations, and eventually helped me get 20K over asking by getting buyers to put in their highest and best offers. He also provided good advice when the buyer tried to insist on a high price of repairs. Jay is also an upstanding upfront guy. He told me when buyers were trying to get an edge by offering to work with him and I just felt like he was just an honest straight shooter and I really liked that about him. Strongly recommend working with Jay.

Jay was our agent for selling our townhome. He was professional throughout the whole process and worked hard on our behalf to get the deal done. He was transparent and upfront through the whole process. If he was unable to take a call he would reschedule promptly. I would recommend him to anyone.
