Kate was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout our entire experience. She worked with my disabled veteran and me as his caregiver to buy a new build home in Katy which was a wonderful experience. He was able to get the home he wanted and was happy with the decision. Kate was very knowledgeable in the VA loan the veteran found the new build and Kate came in and spoke to multiple people to get the balls rolling to buy the home.
