Joe Austin II

Joe was so awesome in helping my family find our first home. From the very beginning he talked to us about where we are, the steps needed to get to where we needed to be. After our financial review, he suggested conventional over FHA. He was absolutely right. Anytime we called or texted to ask a question he responded as soon as he could. He walked us through every step and actually suggested the neighborhood we moved to. Thank you so much Joe for all of your help, wisdom, and kind words (when I was really losing it lol). We will definitely be referring him to anyone we know and using him again in the future! ??
