Linda Ihns

During our relocation from Denver to Houston, Linda was very instrumental in helping us buy our home. We first met her in person (as all of our contact prior to that was by phone) when she picked us up at the airport. She educated us on Texas real estate as we drove to look at the house we now call “home.� She was an exceptional negotiator and got the cost of the house within our price range. She was thorough and proactive when it came time to review the contract to ensure all details were in our best interest. When we returned to Denver to sell that house, Linda was available to meet inspectors and contractors at our newly purchased home here in Houston. Linda was our advocate through the entire process, not just to closing but even after. She has been a valuable resource for us as we are getting settled.
