From our first phone call with Janis she had us scheduled to look at the first property we were interested in within 2 hours, expertly pointed out the positives & negatives throughout. Any & every house we were interested in she had us scheduled to see immediately from a 5 acre property in the country, to the gated subdivision we ended up choosing (& closing on within a month of putting in our offer!) & everything in between! We are a retired military family & therefore have moved every few years over the past 30 years so we’ve bought & sold quite a few houses.
