Dawn Gervais

Dawn Gervais has been a top producer since choosing real estate as her career in 2005. Prior to real estate, she owned a dental lab specializing in dental/orthodontic appliances for 23 years. Owning her own business gave her the skill set on how to be successful. A driven personality, discipline and great integrity served as great assets in her ownership of a business and have tied beautifully to achieving outstanding status as a realtor.

Dawn and her husband have invested in real estate for years. This brings great value to her clients as she guides them through every step of buying or selling a home.

Having experienced this process first-hand as a buyer and a seller, she realized what was missing and loves that she can correct the course with her clients treating them in the way in which she wanted to be treated. A native Houstonian, Dawn is a lover of the arts, and frequently attends art galleries, concerts, and plays which gives her a deep knowledge of the city's rich and varied culture. She has a great understanding of the city's diverse neighborhoods which has proven to be invaluable to her clients.

Assisting in the choice of a home that is perfectly suited for a buyer's unique lifestyle, is a top priority for this consummate professional. Dawn's goal is to provide a seamless transaction from contract to closing. Always striving for perfection, it is very important that her clients make the right decision pertaining to one of their most valuable investments.

Dawn attended the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and earned her designation as a Certified Luxury home marketing specialist, CLHMS, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, and ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Houston Luxury Home Connection and Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She is also a Buyer Representative in New Homes. Dawn is an Ambassador for the Halo House Foundation and volunteers for Kid's Meals and Houston's Children's Assessment Center.

When not focusing on her career, Dawn enjoys scuba diving, photography, gardening, traveling and getting together with family and friends dining at Houston's great restaurants. She is married and has two grown daughters.
