I haven't heard it from buyers, either, but one of my clients thinks that he's going to get suddenly reduced price homes due to the low gas prices. Time will tell.

I have not heard it from clients but I have heard other agents saying it.
The lower gas prices are putting a touch of fear into some agents who work the Oil Corridor.
