Christopher! There are currently over 5000 active rental listings available in our MLS! You can check out these search results and narrow them down by utilizing matrixs, quick rental search function! You even have the ability to take the search results and print out a full list! If you need guidance on how to do this, feel free to give me a shout anytime! Codysellsproperty@gmail.com 346-412-6603
Christopher, you can follow the suggested instructions you've already received to find the properties through HAR's MLS database. However, currently, there is also a shortage of rental properties available. You are not mistaken as you see only a few properties listed for rent. Of course, you can also use other sources to find off market rentals but just discuss with the property owner ahead of time if they will be paying commission for any clients you bring them. Hope this helps! God Bless!
Good Question! When you have a moment, I would look at a video training that HAR provides on the best way to search for properties. This will teach you the best way to search for all kinds of home for your clients needs.
Let me know the area you are looking in and I'll be more than happy to send you that list. For example, TheHouston Area, The North Houston Area, Galveston Area, Katy Area, etc. You could also find it by doing the search yourself.
Any specific features you'd like besides rentals? Price Range maybe?
Feel free to contact me at any time if you prefer or just let me know.
In matrix, hover over Search and then Rental. Select quick rental. Add a few criteria like minimum bedrooms, price and if they need to allow pets. They will pop.

When you search Matrix, choose All Properties. Then select Rentals within the criteria. You can also look into rental/locator database/software providers like the Locators use.
