When you search Matrix, choose All Properties. Then select Rentals within the criteria. You can also look into rental/locator database/software providers like the Locators use.

In matrix, hover over Search and then Rental. Select quick rental. Add a few criteria like minimum bedrooms, price and if they need to allow pets. They will pop.

When in Matrix select all properties, then select rentals within the criteria.
Then select the zip code of the area(s).

Christopher, you can follow the suggested instructions you've already received to find the properties through HAR's MLS database. However, currently, there is also a shortage of rental properties available. You are not mistaken as you see only a few properties listed for rent. Of course, you can also use other sources to find off market rentals but just discuss with the property owner ahead of time if they will be paying commission for any clients you bring them.
