Error message in HAR

Good evening , it might be a stupid question , but does anybody else have this issues with clicking on "Agent Full Report" on main page of the listing in HAR trying to open the full MLS listing and get this error message :
"Error loading page. Please try again
Reason: The Link has expired"
Refreshing (reloading ) the page doesn't seem to help. Is it just my computer or anybody else has encountered this issue ??

It happens if you are logged in to your HAR account multiple times. Log out of your account and refresh your page. If that doesn't work check your wifi connection and settings on your device. Hope this was helpful. :)

Actually recently I have had that error while using my phone app. I'll check and see maybe some har technical issue.

I used this function many times today to save the full agent page for three houses and it worked oaky. Maybe you want to restart the computer and start again ?

yes sometimes i've seen the error and i just keep trying and then it works - not sure the cause and i guess it never irritated me enough to report it but thought it was just something wrong with my computer.

Good Morning.
Yes, sometimes I encounter this error message. To bypass the error, I have learned to click "Print" instead of "Print to PDF".
Then instead of printing to a printer, I print to PDF from that window (not sure which PDF Writer you have, but you'll use that one).
It's an extra step, but it actually works.

I had that message when i was attempting to print a full agent report. Had to restart HAR and then I was able to work without getting the message.

Open a fresh browser. This normally works. Not sure why the error occurs though. This happens anytime the previous listing page has been open longer than a few minutes.

This happened to me a couple of times and it was do to being in an area with bad phone reception.

Yes I get it on my phone a lot. I have never had it happen on a computer but for sure with my phone.
