The SRES class will give you lots of information on marketing to this niche group of buyers and sellers. Education is always key and you will also get tons of resources to add to your database in order to assist the client in every aspect of their purchase or relocation. Please contact Rita or Ronnie in the education department at HAR to find out the next time they will offer the class. I think you will really benefit from it.

Be k knowledgeable about these specialized communities. The homes in these areas are sold immediately on listing. I keep the ones on the west side of Houston on my concierge notifications. The important thing is you need to be ready to buy as soon as one comes available. Have financing and documentation if paying cash ready.
