I have buyer who wants to buy the land with unrestricted, commercial with OIL, GAS, AND OTHER MINERALS right. Most of the land sellers does not have, or not willing to transfer the RESERVATION OF OIL, GAS, AND OTHER MINERALS, But my client like some of the commercial lands. If we move forward without RESERVATION OF OIL, GAS, AND OTHER MINERALS, what would be the problem?
