When looking for rentals, what does active with contract mean as opposed to pending or rented
3,025I found a house that I really want to rent but it’s status changed from active to active with contract. What does this mean? I’ve seen properties that say pending and some that say rented but this is new. Can I still make an offer?

The owner has found a possible renter. Not saying its off the market yet but could be soon. Contact a Realtor if you have any questions.

Normally waiting on deposits but they aren't 100% sure they are coming.
