Currently we are operating in a seller's market. That means it not necessarily the best time for investors to attempt to get properties for much lower prices than whatever they are listed at. Multiple offers on all properties listed in MLS is the general trend right now. Be prepared to pick out the homes you want to make an offer on the same day you reach out to an agent.
