They are all favorable and reputable builders in my opinion, but I really like Perry Homes and Highland floorplans that offer large sq footage. Toll Brothers tends to offer unique elevations & a more high end interior features.

They are all very good builders, Look around to see what fits your life style. I have sold Perry's in Pomona.

Really you can't go wrong with any of the builders there. Some communities only invite certain builders to be there. That says a lot about a builder. I would go out to each model and see what "feels like home" to you. There are many out there who can deliver exactly what you want. Hope this helps.
