Matrix will allow you to make edits to the search criteria. I am available to help with that.

Just a note. You can search by using no HOA in your search field, but many over 55 will have rules for the community. I would also inquire about fees or assessments. Realtors are always your best course to seek out the questions you know and those you don’t

Hello, not sure what type of property you are looking for, adding to the other comments. Use the (All Property type) to search for all categories.

Most designated “over 55” communities are formed by developers and are part of a HOA.

Search for No Restrictions. There are also choices for Mobile Homes Allowed or Horses Allowed where you may find HOA communities with many fewer restrictions.

In MATRIX, add the field called HOA Mandatory and search for “N”. Remember when you add a field, you do so at the bottom of the criteria screen, and whatever fields you add will appear at the the bottom of the crienla screen.

Good morning,
Sorry for the early hours. You can call your favorite REALTOR and ask them to send you a list of properties in the areas you want to live in that has no HOA or no HOA fees.. I'd be happy to send you a list of homes that fit that criteria.
