Do HAR MLS members have ability to open Supra Keys in Bryan/College station ?

I'm an agent with HAR memebership and I'm being asked by a client to show a house in Bryan Texas as well as Austin TX. Can this only be done with listing agent or do I have access to open the door myself?

Thanks

Unless you were to join the MLS there, you would not be able to open Supra keyboxes. This would be the case anywhere outside of the HAR MLS. You can legally sell anywhere in the state.

No but that would be nice. We are licensed all over Texas but the supras only work in the Mls you belong to.

You have to be part of their mls. If it’s not on a Supra, you could call the agent and get a combination

No you can't. But you can request listing agent to open if you cannot find any agent you can associate with. Usually it is listing agent fiduciary duties to do so in order to get the home sold.
Hope this help!????????????????

It’s my understanding you have to be a dues paying member of the local MLS for your supra key to work on their locks.

Hey Amit,
No they can't. Houston Supra Keys are limited to Greater Houston.
You'll need a local agent in Bryan/Station to open them. You can pay their fees and get access.
