What should I do to make new connections with Realtors?

I a building construction professional and got my real estate inspection license in November of 2018. So far I have completed over 100 Inspections without any claims or issues because of my experience and work ethic but I cant seem to get as busy as I would like to be.

Visit local real estate offices, offer to sponsor an office meeting and bring either breakfast or lunch. A lot of offices will give you 10 minutes or so before their meeting to speak to the agents and give your information out.

Reach out to a larger broker to see if you can be a preferred vendor. When I need an inspector, insurance or anything I got to KW app with all preferred vendors that our broker has provided/partnered with. Visit a larger broker and feed the agents and talk about how you can be of benefit to them. That goes alone way. Also, participate in these local events where a group of agent attend. Good Luck!

Go to networking events. If you’re on Facebook, search events for realtors and try to go. Also, join realtor groups as well.

If you wish to make good connections with Realtors it is best for you to reach out to new agents who do not have many contacts to recommend. Sponsor breakfast or lunch at the local HAR offices or Real Estate school like Champions School of Real Estate. Make sure to spend at least 10 minutes answering their questions. It is also a good idea do do a giveaway via raffle and collect business cards from all the agents so you can reach out to them later.

Hello! Have you reached out to any Realtors through social media like LinkedIn? I have connected with inspectors through there. Instagram is another platform where I have seen inspectors reach out and I have used their service. Look into going to Realtor networking events. Sponser for a CE class breakfast, reach back out to the agents of your clients. Those are all good ways to get in front of the people who will keep you in mind.Hope that helps!

Contact the local brokers or agents in your area. Join a local Realtor association. In Houston, join HAR.com.

Good morning,

Try connecting with new home builders or title companies they are always hosting realtor events.

Good Morning Marcelo.
There are many wonderful Realtors in the Association. I recommend you search for those with the best Client Experience Rating. Those participating in the program send a survey to their Clients in every transaction. They cannot pick and choose which ones. The highest rating is 5. Look also at the number of surveys. Maintaining a 4.98 from over 200 clients is a great indicator of Client satisfaction. You can also look at their education on the Texas Real Estate Commission’s (TREC) website. Good luck. Maria

I would start with real estate schools or title companies who are holding continuing education courses for Realtors. Some of them will let you present yourself and your services if you bring some type of edible for the class. You can find Realtor events via HAR or Facebook.

Reach out to brokers and offer inspection oversight and purpose of good inspector classes. Attend HAR events and introduce yourself with realtors since they are the main audience there.

Create a networking group for realtors. Maybe a happy hour mixer or a light lunch. Host a CE class. Create content for frequently asked questions. Make yourself discoverable. Attend events. Provide value. Let people know you are there for just more than inspections on the calendar.

There’s many places where you can meet real estate agents who need your services.
I would recommend
1. Networking Events
2. Hosting a class with a title company
3. Hosting a lunch a Champions Real Estate School.
4. Contacting major brokerage firms and hosting a class with lunch.

These are a few ideals! Hope it helps! Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

A broker like myself use the best! Keep doing everything right and record will lead us your way! Don't spend all day stopping by real estate companies! I never hire companies that hang around my office I hire companies that's out there getting the job done.

Thanks
