There is a foreclosure option to check on the home search selection.

Yes through MLS we can search for foreclosures. As for investment properties we would have to look at listed properties. Are you looking for something to fix and lease or for a flip property. Jose Hidalgo 830-708-2666 I would love to help.

When you’re doing your search highlight “no disclosures” foreclosed properties are usually sold as-is. Should give you a pretty good selection.

Houston has a lot of investor groups you might want to visit. Most "good deals" are bought and sold before getting on the local MLS. I've been working with investors for 20yrs now. Unless it's a short sale, foreclosure, estate sale, or "investor special", it may not make the MLS.

Har mls is a good source, however there are many other sources you can watch. Such as county tax sales, auctions, social media sites, there are a lot of resources. Good luck with your success.

I agree with all three suggestions below;
There is a foreclosure option to check on the home search selection.
When you’re doing your search highlight “no disclosures” foreclosed properties are usually sold as-is. Should give you a pretty good selection.
However, there are many other sources out there. Such as county tax sales, auctions, social media sites, there are a lot of resources (but require a lot more work). Good luck with your success.

You can also search agent or public remarks fields in Matrix specifically for the word(s) invest, investor, investment etc. for such listings as an alternative to some of the already mentioned options. THANKS!

Hello
HAR.com is a great source. Also, join some groups of Facebook for investment and foreclosure properties. I’m in 20 different real estate groups on Facebook, social media is a great Free resource.

Another site you may want to try out is Remine, which is available through HAR/MLS. There is a free level which I suggest you use first to learn how to navigate, then try the paid subscription for more access if it's a tool that you like.

As other people have stated, HAR Is a great tool. You can also use realist tax and see foreclosures or other properties, going into foreclosures. The other place is your tax district websites as things come up at the courthouse.
