What’s a Ballpark number for utilities in a 4 bedroom house with 3 total people living there. Utilities would include water, gas, electric, internet and cable.

is there any parking car facilities or not, gate closed society, park view is there or not.....so what is the price when it all comes into one flat:nReference: https://hoanggiaps.com/

I would say about $250.00 it will all depend on the age of the home too. New homes are energy efficient and your electric bill would be below 100.00

This is definitely a loaded question however I will give you a ballpark number. With several factors such as square footage of the home, one story or two, energy efficient, high ceilings, average temperature maintained in the home, many factors to consider. I would set aside about $600 per month for “utilities”. Your electric, internet and cable will be the bulk of this cost.

Good question. It depends on the age of the house, whether or not it has energy saving things like double paned windows, extra insulation and roof upgrades. Shade trees also make a difference as well as Western exposure in windows Age and SEER rating of AC makes a big difference. The last factor is the energy provider. There is a program whereby you get the lowest rate out there that floats as the rates change, always giving you the best rate. My friend that told me about it has close to 4000 sq ft with a home built in 1985 with $450+ electric bills. When she went with this provider, her highest bill has been less than $175.
Maybe this’s is too much information, but here it is.
I wish you the best in your home purchase.

I wouldn't begin to guestimate this. There are so many variables. Is it a two story, if so does it have one AC unit or two? If the central air and heat are electric, it is going to be more. A four bedroom, 2.5 bath, two story home, in my neighborhood, water runs 100 a month in the summer time, gas is very little until winter, then about 150. Electricity can run as high as 350 - 375 during the summer months! AT&T high speed internet and all the channels is 300 a month. There are double paned windows and radiant barrier in these homes and it still this high.

This could vary greatly depending on age and square footage of the home, energy efficiency (i.e. insulated windows, etc), # stories and the temperature you prefer in your home. I have a one story home with insulated windows, about 3000 SF, 4 BRs, 3 baths. Two of us live here and I work from home a lot so temperature is kept pretty comfortable night and day. My monthly average electric is about $200; gas about $30 and water about $80. My cable and internet is about $220. So about $530/mo.

What time of year? This fluctuates quite a bit in the summer due to the AC electric bills.

It depends really the square footage of the home and on the energy efficiency of the home and it's appliances

If the home is on a MUD, the water will be expensive. Between $120-175 with no pool and $300-400 with a pool. Internet, if no other options are available (like in some neighborhoods of Conroe), about $90-$120. Cable - varies, Electricity would probably be the cheapest at $100-125 (again, no pool). With a Pool and in the Texas summers you may be paying $450-550 a month.
