In order for a home to appear on HAR it must be listed with a Realtor. Once your Realtor lists your home, the MLS feed will then appear on a variety of housing platforms as well.

The Way You list your Home on HAR is the only hiring Realtor. License Realtor have duty to Protect Consumers. If its hired by Sellers, then they are just looking for your Best interest . As well as they have to follow all MLS ( Multiple listing Service) Rules and Regulation. Hi, the most solid route to take is to list your home via a realtor. The realtor will input your home into HAR, but not only that, they should also be marketing and and promoting your home to get it sold. So, it would probably be in your best interest to work with a realtor to ensure you are receiving all the exposure possible, not just the basics!

Home can be listed on HAR through real estate professionals only. Several major home selling websites gets their feed from HAR. So once listed on HAR, it appears on several other websites. Brokers and realtors are charged fees by HAR and real estate professionals have to follow MLS guidelines to list property for sale.
