Hold open houses for your colleagues. The leads are the open house guests that aren’t currently working with an agent. These are people that are usually serious, and they may even need to list their current home for sale. Best of luck to you!

1. You could host open houses for other agent’s listings.
2. You could generate leads off of your own for sale signs once you get your own listings.
3. You could reserve a time to answer the office phones for your broker.
4. You could tell everyone you know and meet that you are a realtor.
5. You could go to networking events.
6. There’s a guzillion things that you could do but don’t buy leads. There really is no reason to have to buy leads, which may or may not bear fruit anyway.
7. Don’t give up.

1). Door knocking in your neighborhood. A good way to inform your neighbors that you are a realtor.
2) Inform everyone you have in your sell phone. Use this to create your crm.
3) Connect with present and past colleagues, to inform that you are a Realtor.
4). Social Media
5) Host Open Houses.
6). Connect with family and close friends.

Find your Farm and start introducing yourself to the neighborhood.
Defining a Farm area: Close to your home, On your way to the office On your way to drop off kids at school, A neighborhood that is convenient to you because you’ll spend a lot of time in it, and a neighborhood that you are familiar with. Know the area and become the Expert.

Start door knocking. Give something of value: a housing market update for the area. Be creative. Fourth of July is in a few weeks. Use that theme for door knocking.
Send Thank you notes to the ones who opened their door to you (keep track of those people)
Mail out to the Farm: simple post card with your information and a fun or important fact about the area.
Drop off Door Hangers to those who weren’t home when you door knocked.
Developing a Farm is a long term commitment and it does pay off. Sometimes you may find a few homeowners who are ready to sell now, or some know a family member who is ready to buy now. The Key is Being consistent.
Just a note on Door knocking: Do Not Knock on the Door of a Home that has a For Sale Sign from another Realtor. They are already represented.

They show how to utilize social media and give you solid information on how to market yourself to generate leads.if you look on the education tab in HAR you can check out the free courses, designations course and more. Hope this helps,Good luck my friend.

Host open houses, network, call expireds, establish a farm. Whatever you choose to do, be constant, give it at least 6 months before you move on to the next thing.
