Yes, home purchasing can actually be done without being present. Although not ideal, it is possible. Please contact me if you need further assistance!

Sure, you can. There are no limitations, f single thing – you should be precise in your choice. There are many options and nobody except you could know what you want to buy while agents know what they want to sell. I recommend investigating existing offers thoroughly, formulating your request as narrowly as possible. Then start looking for the agents. The information you will get by yourself from multiple sources allow you to verify the data provided by your agents. Do not be lazy to check every step, challenge every option and compare. Then the transaction will be not only easy but also economically profitable. Good Luck.

Hi Tony,
As my colleagues have mentioned- yes, it is possible and quite common. All contract documents and addenda can be signed electronically; and Title company can send you a mobile notary to complete closing documents.
You said you’re paying cash- that makes it for an easier and smoother transaction as well, since you won’t have lender’s paperwork to sign. However, please let me pause here for a moment, wire fraud- and quote TAR-2517: “If you receive any electronic communication regarding wiring instructions, even if the communication appears to come from a legitimate source, you should verify the communication's authenticity prior to the transfer of funds in person or via phone call using a recognized phone number that is not found in the communication.”
Most Realtors and reputable brokerages will never use any electronic communications, such as email, text or social media to ask you to wire funds. We are extremely cautious. Your Realtor will explain it further and provide more details, as well as a copy of the new Texas Association of Realtors form 2517.
Most reputable Realtors who are listing agents will also post professional photos and videos in their listings, which will make it easier to view the property (if you’re buying sight unseen). I have worked with out of state clients, and have also shown homes using FaceTime.
Your Realtor will also assist in selecting home inspector, review the home inspection report , negotiate repairs on your part as well, and verify that they have been completed. Most of us an make this process as seamless as possible and work in your best interest.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or require assistance. If you don’t plan on visiting Texas prior to purchasing your home, I would also recommend a video call to get you familiar with home buying process.
Thank you,

Yes - it's actually a pretty smooth process! The title company will coordinate an in-person signing on closing day anywhere in the country, so you don't have to physically travel to Texas at that time. I've helped several clients who weren't able to make it to Houston on that particular day, and it's always been much easier than we imagined!

Yes, you can. I’ve closed several with clients in California to Cleveland. I go preview all properties for you, work closing with the title company and make sure all arrangements are set up for a remote closing. The fee is usually anywhere from $125 to $150 to close remotely, someone will come to you to sign and notarize all docs and copies will be forwarded to you. I’ll love to help you find a home here in Houston or surrounding areas. Please contact me directly for more info. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yes Z,

You can do e-closing. There are couple of title companies doing e-closing. You do not need to be in Texas for closing etc.

Absolutely you can ! With permission from the sellers/listing agent, your agent can go in and take video for you. Another option, if you have a person you trust like a friend or family, they can go pre-view it for you as well with your agent. Title can overnight docs to you too. Please let me know if I can help in anyway.

You certainly can! Your agent will facilitate each step of the sale for you. Houston has many clients from other states and countries purchasing property. Documents can be signed electronically. If you have any questions feel free to contact me (936) 537-4017. I'd be happy to help. All the best!

Although it is not the best option, it absolutely can be done. Due to my aggressive internet marketing, I mostly work with out of town buyers so we complete these transactions using the technology available to us including video. We even video the inspection process so that there is no second guessing on any repairs that may be necessary with detailed explanation of each item. Funds can be wire transferred, contracts can be signed electronically and the closing documents will be mailed to your location with various options for your schedule. This is a very easy process. If you would like to discuss and see some videos, please give me a call at 303-815-9455 or email me at Gabrielle@MyDreamHomeFinders.com. I can also talk to you about various guarantees I have revolving around this process.

You absolutely can.. Depending on the title company chosen, your transaction can be handled via notary or sister title company.

You can, but you are more likely to have buyer's remorse. Unless you have already narrowed down the area you would like to live in and have visited previously, it is not recommended. However if you are familiar with Houston and know where you want to live, then I agree with the above answers and it can be a smooth transaction. Give me a call and we can surely discuss it further.

Yes, you can purchase a home without being in Texas. I recommend you select a realtor, title company, lender, mobile notary as well as a property management company. As long as the communication is effective with all parties you should not have a problem with your real estate transaction.

Hi,
Yes it's possible you just need the right team. I have worked with plenty of clients who had to do mailouts (you close on the home with an over night package mailed to you) . Everything else can be done electronically contract signing, finding the home, and I would do video showings of the homes. My team of inspectors and contractors and I are always ready.

Call me when you are ready.

An agent can help coordinate every aspect of the sale for you without you being here. It's quite common and indeed you can still have a smooth flawless closing and execution of your sale. All documents can be handled electronically. Inspections can be coordinated and repair items negotiated as well. For signing of your contract that can be done via a mobile notary. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out (832-387-3057), i'll be very happy to help you as I've handled many remote transactions quite successfully. Good luck!
