How do you handle the hydrostatic dum?

Need advice on how to handle the hydrostatic addendum? Finding it to be a deal killer. Since the test is no longer invasive, meaning leaks can be found at clean outs, there is no longer a need to pull toilets. Neither buyer nor seller want to be responsible for repairs caused by the test. What do you do?

This does seem challenging, but if the seller really is motivated to sell, I would think any possible repairs after the test should fall on them.

Can any more details be given on the situation?

Never been in this situation myself, but if it is no longer invasive would the technicians doing the test have insurance that might cover it?
