I put a remote temperature sensor in the wheeled greenhouse that I built, and can monitor the temperature from my house. Before any plants were put in this year the door was kept shut and on one sunny cold day it reached 110 F (43 C) inside, so I know that I can't leave the door shut unless absolutely sure that it will be an overcast day. It's better to leave them some ventilation than take a chance on burning the plants up. An automatic temperature activated door opener would be nice, if it worked. https://www.evensi.com/page/how-to-construct-mini-greenhouse/10070323105
Part 3 Negotiating a Contract Negotiate the purchase price. Your contract will need to identify how much you will pay if you choose to buy the house after the lease period. ... Pay for the option. ... Determine the length of your lease. ... Negotiate your monthly rent. ... Divide up maintenance responsibilities. ... Review your contract.

Excellent question. A licensed Real Estate agent, who's license is active can list your property for rent. When you decide the agent that you are wanting to work with, then you would enter into an agreement to where the agent would be able to represent you as their client and be your agent. After the representation agreement by both parties, then the agent would take as best of pictures as possible to showcase your home for lease. Depending on the market and demand of rentals, it would either lease quickly or stall and this would depend on other properties that are for lease in your area as well to determine what the price would be. That along with how long others are being leased for could determine the outcome.
If you have an agent that you are working with already, I hope it goes smoothly. If you are in need of an agent, please don't hesitate to contact me.
get a property management company, TEXdot Property Management, Inc. We can run a credit and criminal background check. The process will be very smooth.
Leo, Hire a Realtor in the Houston area to help market your home for lease. They will be able to post the home on the local MLS so other Realtors assisting tenants can see it and show your home. In addition, the home will by syndicated to other real estate web portals such as Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Hotpad.com, and others.
Make sure this Realtor is experienced with leases! They need to not only understand the lease your about to sign with a tenant but how to review an application and perform an extensive background check! Some Realtors offer property management services (we do!) and you may want to look into this for your rental property. Let us know if we can assist you.

Only licensed Real Estate agents can post listings on HAR. It is easier to find a qualified tenant with a help of a professional Realtor. Not only in terms of advertising, marketing and your listing's exposure, but also leasing agreements and ensuring your best interest is represented. Thank you,
