I need some help for buying a Rental property in Katy area. I currently live in Cinco Ranch and am thinking about buying 2nd home as an investment which I plan to give on rent. My target is to keep the house for 10~15 years and my budget is 220K to 250k. I'm thinking about putting around 20% down and 80% loan.Can someone suggest a good area which can give maximum return on my investment and maximum chance of getting the property on rent.
