Whats the difference between Pending and Pending Continue to Show, what do the different colors mean.

When a property has a contract that is beyond the Option Period, the Seller and Listing Broker decide if they want to continue showing the home to encourage back-up offers, if they do, the status becomes Pending Continue to Show. When the status shows Pending, the Seller has decided they do not want to coninue showing their home. I almost always use the status Pending Continue to Show as it is usually in my Sellers' best interest to encourage back-up offers.

Green is Active, Orange is Option Pending, yellow is Pending Continue to Show, and Red is Pending.
