Yes Apartment locators need a license.All invoices must be in your brokers name or brokers cpmpany name. Most Apartment management companies will check to see if you a license and broker as well.

Yes, unless you're an employee of the owner of the apartments or otherwise exempt, residential rental locators are required to be licensed as either a real estate broker or sales agent.
