Hi Elizabeth,
Only a licensed real estate agent or broker can list your property on HAR. Work with a Realtor: he/she will put your interest above his by abiding the regulations and be honest to the third parties. Your lot will sell for top dollar and shortest time with Realtors. Your listing will get the highest exposure in HAR and you will have serious buyers.
I would be glad to list your lot on HAR. I do search for buyer actively and conduct 14 point marketing plan. Call me to hear what i do to sell properties 832-283-1091.

No, Houston Association of Realtors is for members only. According to the HAR statistics sellers that use a realtor wind up making more money than those who sell by owner. Call a top producer in your neighborhood. They will save you tons in the long run , get it sold faster and keep you out of a lawsuit.

You can list your property through a HAR member and the charge for doing so varies with each member. The contract is negotiable and I will be happy to assist you and provide you with a reasonable fee for listing your property. If you want to list a property for sale you can just hire an agent and the agent will list it for you and the agent will take care of all the process once you receive an offer. Please contact my number 832-878-7380 l will be more than glad to list it for you.

The members of the Houston Association of Realtors post their listed properties on HAR.com. Individual property owners cannot post their own properties on the site. To have your property displayed on HAR.com you will need to engage the services of a Realtor. You will be able to work out a reasonable fee for your Realtor's services. Use the Find a Pro tool on this site to locate a Realtor who works in your neighborhood or zip code; or, I could recommend a Realtor to you if you provide the address of your property.
