When a bonus is offered it is usually in the listing agreement the seller enters into with his broker, and the buyer's agent compensation plus bonus is advertised in MLS in the Compensation field. Builders also have monthly or annual incentives that include Realtor bonuses. A licensee can only be paid by one party though. You cannot receive multiple bonuses from different parties to the transaction. The matter of bonus money could also be part of the brokerage's office policy. Be sure and check with your sponsoring broker regarding any form of compensation and how it is handled within your particular office.

BTSA are provided by the seller in the listing agreement. They are commonly offered as incentive on new construction and will be listed on the MLS. They can also be used to encourage showings on a home not getting much activity, I typically deter clients from offering them as it is usually on a home already overpriced and listing at a reasonable market value would have a much better result. If representing a buyer, it would be unethical to request one in the contract. I recently sold my personal residence with multiple offers. A very competitive offer came across the table that would have been in consideration was automatically put at the bottom because the agent requested a BTSA in special provisions. This let me know he was more concerned with his pockets than his client.

Your question is unclear to me. Are you asking if there can be a btsa in addition to a bonus, or are you asking about just one bonus? I know that doesn't answer your question, but if you add more information, someone may be able to provide an answer. Sorry I wasn't able to help.
