Can I rent a jome even if i have a bad credit of 500 (which i am working on) , i could give 2 month rent in advanced plus security deposit if that helps
Most of the landlords I know look for rental history and income to be 3x the rent. Unless you have crazy things happening on your credit, they will consider and making it double deposit will help. Work with the right realtor who will help you out.

Yes ma’am, you will need to find a Landlord/Owner that is willing to work with you. Having the double deposit should be a great help in securing a home, choose a Realtor that work for you.
Yes you can. It's all going to be up to the owner of the home as the owner makes the decision. Being that you have double deposit and first month rent, that increases your approval rate. I have a owner of several rental properties that I work with that will lease to you.
Yes, in some cases you can. The landlord however, may require double deposit, sometimes triple, it just depends on the landlord. Also, if you are honest as you can be with both your Realtor, and the landlord then he may show leniency, and give you a chance to prove you will pay the rent on time. Honesty is the best policy in these type of situations, and be prepared to possibly pay more deposit.
Hi Maria: You can rent a home even if you have a poor credit score, however, it will take a lot of searching for that landlord who is willing to work with you. You will need to explain why your score is low and what you have been doing to improve it. A steady job, consistent income and sufficient work history will all help. Landlord may need multiple security deposits and may even ask for someone with good credit to guarantee the lease. If you have never rented before, or if you have been irresponsible with your money management, it will be tougher than if you had rented before and was consistently paying your rent on time and then fell upon hard times due to lack of a job or a divorce. Be honest in your communication with your realtor or landlord. Good Luck.
The landlord will take all things into consideration when reviewing lease applications. Be up front and honest with your real estate agent, and he/she will be able to present your application to the landlord’s Realtor in the best possible light. The landlord wants to be confident that the monthly rent will be paid. If you can give explanation for the low credit score and an assurance that those situations no longer exist that may prevent you from paying rent online, then you have a chance of securing a place to lease. As long as you demonstrate on your application that you are able to pay the rental amount each month, then you may get a landlord to agree to lease to you. Your real estate agent is your best resource in this situation. I wish you much success!
