That's a great question. Before moving down here recently, I did business in Fort Worth both as a licensee and as an investor. I ran across a pretty good brokerage that was heavily involved in wholesaling. They have an office here in the Houston area though I have not had time enough to get back into investing down here. They are at least worth a look-over. New Western is their name.
I am a broker and I am investor friendly but until I know specifically what you are looking for, I cannot say if I am the best option for you. It is kind of like a social networking site for real estate investors where people actually are eager to help one another.
