What do you all expect from your brokerage?

Francois! Great question! Almost 10 years in now, all I really expect is an answer in the rare event that I call and some insight every now and then. Happily, Chance Brown at CB&A, Realtors does and that's really saying something with over 600 agents here. Now, what I wish I would have had when I was starting out is everything that CB&A offers. From a mentorship program, with a direct personal mentor, to a fee structure that is beneficial to the agent, while still affording the brokerage enough to constantly provide more offices, education, and tools to their agents. I wish I would have had a broker/brokerage who cared about and was built around the premise of creating better agents, and really taking care of and growing agents.
