Francois! Great question! Almost 10 years in now, all I really expect is an answer in the rare event that I call and some insight every now and then. Happily, Chance Brown at CB&A, Realtors does and that's really saying something with over 600 agents here. Now, what I wish I would have had when I was starting out is everything that CB&A offers. From a mentorship program, with a direct personal mentor, to a fee structure that is beneficial to the agent, while still affording the brokerage enough to constantly provide more offices, education, and tools to their agents. I wish I would have had a broker/brokerage who cared about and was built around the premise of creating better agents, and really taking care of and growing agents. Extremely glad I found CB&A, Realtors. Feel free to reach out with any other questions or to discuss anything! codysellsproperty@gmail.com 346-412-6603

Register Real Estate Advisors is a brokerage that offers one-on-one coaching and mentoring provided by the Broker Owners to their agents. In addition to providing professional development with CE credit hours, NAR designations and NAR certifications, RREA has a full time media production company for their agents' photography, video, and drone media needs. RREA is a cloud based brokerage, but also have 4 office locations available to all their agents: in Katy, The Woodlands, Conroe, and Spring. Contact the owner of the RREA Katy Office for a confidential consultation about your career in real estate and to learn more about the technology platforms and other tools Register Real Estate Advisors provides for their agents. text 2818446285 or email Veronica@RREA.com I wish you much success!

When I was looking for a sponsor, I wanted someone who would make sure (verify) that I got my contracts right, who would take a low split percentage, and who had a company presence (logo) that was not embarrassing
