Also depends on the property condition. For example, a home with swimming pool in the backyard may have more value in a subdivision where other houses share the same characteristic, and opposed to where a subdivision that does not.

I think I understand your question:) If a house is in a nicer neighboorhood, it wil be more valuable than the same house placed in a less affluent neighboorhood.

Location can make a difference in the value of a home. Same home, same builder, age, etc can have vastly different prices in different parts of Houston.
