If there were one word that describes Bryan Beene’s award-winning approach to real estate, it would be passion. Bryan is passionate. Period. He’s passionate about his community and he’s passionate about Houston. He’s passionate about his commitment to making the best match for his clients and he’s passionate about integrity and hard work. But most of all he’s passionate about the relationship he shares with his clients.
Bryan’s passion for real estate is apparent in the way he listens to his clients, adapts to their needs and hustles for them, which is reflected in the unprecedented amount of referral business he receives. Bryan’s clients – from first-time homebuyers to sophisticated sellers – love and respect him so much they refer their friends and family.
Bryan burst onto the local real estate scene in 2011 and quickly made a name for himself, winning the 2011 Nationwide Rookie of the Year – Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and the 2012 President’s Top Producer – Prudential Real Estate. Prior to joining John Daugherty, Realtors, Bryan managed a firm of 60+ agents, which gave him a solid foundation in the business and taught him to be accessible, communicate effectively, and negotiate with a master’s skill.
Bryan’s passion doesn’t stop at the office – he enjoys his private time with equal zeal and zest. Physical fitness is not a hobby for Bryan; it’s a way of life. He’s a frequent participant in half-marathons, and you’re likely to see him in your local spin or yoga class. Bryan also likes to keep his brain in tip-top condition as well, and is very involved in the local arts and political scenes.
When it comes to service to his community, Bryan puts his money and time where his mouth is, dedicating a significant amount of energy to nonprofit groups such as Crime Stoppers of Houston, Council on Recovery, Herman Park Conservancy, and REACH Unlimited. Bryan currently serves as a board member for Crime Stoppers of Houston and Council on Recovery Houston.
Born and raised in New Braunfels, Bryan has lived in Houston’s River Oaks area for many years. He counts the Heights, Montrose, River Oaks, Museum District, and Midtown among the submarkets on which he is an expert.
Bryan prides himself on being accessible to his clients, thus he can be easily reached by phone: (713) 449-2050 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
