“I haven't dealt with too many realtors, but Patricia Krivik was far and away the best I've met. My previous realtor didn't do much else but let me into homes and let me run around like a mouse in a lab experiment. On the other hand, Patricia constantly talked with me, gave me advice and things to consider I hadn't initially thought of, kept me up to date on the market, and was very pleasant the whole time. She'd answer any questions she legally could, and worked with me to get a great deal on my purchase, given the market at the time. The absolute best thing, though, was Patricia's communication. She is very technologically capable and uses it to her advantage. I was never more than a text message or an email away, and any questions or discussions happened quickly and effectively. There was never any waiting or wondering what was going on. She'd go the extra mile to find out information she could and relay it to me, and I greatly appreciated this. Add this onto her willingness to work to try and get me the best deal I could, and I couldn't ask for anything more in a realtor. I highly recommended Patricia, especially as a new homeowner who was very confused about the process. She'll provide you with the tools you need and tell you how to use them effectively.
