She walked us through the whole process told us what to do each step of the way and made it so much less crazy than stories I ve heard from other people selling their homes. Everything she told us to do was spot on from when to list and how the inside of the house should look for pictures to open houses. Anytime we didn t understand something in the negotiation period and final paperwork she always explained it very thoroughly until she knew we felt confident and full understood which I greatly appreciated. I wouldn t recommend anyone but her if you want honesty and hard work and I will always use her for my future home selling or buying if ever needed ”
