Jennifer's love for real estate began when she was a child spending time with her grandfather and great-grandfather, visiting personal investment and rental properties in Houston. She became a top-producing New Home Consultant for Newmark Homes and then with Jimmy Jacobs Custom Home, the number one custom home builder in Central Texas. Jennifer also became a licensed Realtor® in 2013. Through the years, she has grown her real estate knowledge and gained the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996.
